1lb of ground beef, cooked then add a pckg of taco seasoning
1 serving uncooked rice
1 pack of ranch dressing mix (this is great ingredient to add to just about ANYTHING)
1 can diced tomatoes (I like mine NOT spicy)
1 can corn
1 can red kidney beans
add a little water to make it slightly soupy. The water will cook up with the rice, so sometimes I have to keep adding water.
Throw everything in the pot and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve with a dab of sour cream on top, tortilla chips, a slice of avacodo on top and a little bit of grated cheese. YUMMO! A "souper" easy recipe, very fast and my kids love it as well!
A & M is filled with traditions, many of which most outsiders do not understand. We have a saying, "From the outside looking in, you can't understand it. From the inside looking out, you can't explain it." For more info on our wonderful traditions, go to http://aggietraditions.tamu.edu/
