Down where we live we have a grocery store called H-E-B and they have a free cooking class for kids every Tuesday in the summer. This is the 2nd one we attended and the kids made mini pizzas. Today they made some yummy hummus wraps and chocolate chip dip for apples. The kids look forward to going each week.
The kids have also made their own corn dogs (hot dog baked in muffin mix), worms in dirt, and candy bars (melted chocolate with mix-ins the kids pick) then cooled into solid form.
